When i was nine years old i was in love with this guy. Not because he was cute or good at sports(even though he was). I liked him because he was my friend. He was smart, funny, sweet, and senstive. i was really in love, but he wasn't. is that normal?
That's not true at all. When I was 9 the same thing happened to me. I had a "crush" on a guy, he became my best friend and I fell in love. He kept bugging me to date him all through middle school, but I didn't wanna lose his friendship, I finally did in 8th grade and we were on and off for the next 2 years, and to this day I have stronger feelings for him then any boyfriend I've had since. We no longer talk, but I will love him forever. It's a hard thing to move on from. I think you fall in love the hardest when you're younger.
