I'm definitely going to be checking out places like Goodwill. I've noticed that Goodwill and similarly minded places, over the average "just selling whatever used items that has been brought in" thrift store, and consignment based and "sell us your gently worn" clothing stores tend to have the best deals on clothing. This is, of course, considering that the person doesn't mind used clothes (which I don't mind honestly).
Is it normal that I want to wear girls jeans and other girls clothes?

Yeah it's normal. And you'd be surprised what you can find in charity shops.
