Is it normal that i want to talk to my teachers more than my classmates

Basically I've always had trouble making friends because I'm really introverted and stuff so I've always preferred talking to my teachers instead. Like I think bullying from friends when I was younger might have something to do with it but idk. I'm thinking of moving for college next year because I don't have any friends rn and I want a fresh start but I'm scared of a repeat. Is it normal to want to talk to teachers more than students, even like when everything is new any you don't know them?
Advice please anyone?

Honestly, if you're being bullied talk to a teacher that you know and explain whats going on. Honestly dont move schools because you dont have friends, schools for learning. Im in the same situation as you but i just focus and be the best that you can be and become successful and those so called friends will realise that you are a better person.

I was a bit like that. Always preferred proper conversation to immature talk and all the nonsense that goes with it.. Fighting, bullying etc. By the time I was about 16 though, everyone else had matured enough to be quite reasonable young people, so I could talk with them as easily as with the teachers.

If You want to start over go to a sophisticated college and live in campus if you can. It's likely many other mature students will want a real adult like friendship too. Not just for BS or gossip
