Is it normal that i want to sleep with my parents in their bedroom?

We have been hearing noises around the house and some weird things have been going on. I met the lady who use to live here before us and she asked if I have gotten weirded out..without me telling her anything. So she basically confirmed to me that there is something in this house. I'm a 20 year old female and I want to sleep with my parents rather than alone in my room because it feels safe. IIN?

Is It Normal?

  • grow the f*** up. Ghosts don't exist. If it an older house, they make noises.
I have a question for you, what if it was your parents making the noises and the noises stop because you enter their room?

  • Just maybe she likes living with her parents, and maybe her parents like her living there, nothing wrong with that. I am sure she will move out when she gets married.

  • I say, get the heck out of there.

  • I'm gonna go with "find the noises" or "move out" ^^ Personally, I like "find the noises" since it could be a nice family activity.

  • I guess I am just thinking about it too much.

  • No. Because even if there's "something" in the house you won't be immune from it if you sleep with them. In fact you should've tried to learn EVERYTHING about the house before you bought it. You're 20, go to college and move out. Tell your parents about the "presence" and see if they'll listen to you. If not, that's their problem.

  • That sucks, stay up one night and chase the noises down, find out what they are!
