So, I have this really cute English teacher and she's pregnant with her first kid. Her belly is huge. It's like she's got this big sign on her belly that says, "Touch me!" I'm really tempted to ask if I may rub it, but first, I want to know: Is this normal?

    I KNOW THIS FEELING! When my aunt was pregnant, I loved touching that strange thing that was her enormous belly. It just feels weird, but in a good way, because you know there's a little being in there.

    I think that you should just ask her :) Most pregnant women I've met like it when you show interest for the unborn child.

    I totally know what you mean. I see pregnant women and think it's the most beautiful thing and wanna touch it. Just ask!

        it's not molestation because you're not actually touching the baby. just the mom's stomach.

            molestation is touching in a sexual way, usually the private parts. there's nothing perverted about touching a pregnant stomach, if the pregnant lady says it's ok.

    I'm like that, too. It's so special you just want to put your hand on the lady's belly. Just be warned, some pregnanat women do not like this. Always ask the lady before you do it.

    Nah, it's normal. The whole 'Oh my god, there's a tiny little living thing in there' part really makes you want to feel it for yourself, right? It's sooooo cool feeling a baby kick.

    Perfectly normal, but not viewed as acceptable in our culture unless she's a (close) friend or family member
