Everything before University is almost completely pointless/useless as far as education goes. Math and writing/grammar are the only things necessary to be taught. Other than that, the main reason for preschool - 12th grade is to learn about yourself, develop a personality, learn how to interact and socialize with people, and make friends
But even then, a lot of the time when you get a degree, the job you take won't require you to use any of the things you learned (they will teach you all of the necessary skills needed for the specific job), they just want to see that you had the drive and determination to get a ~4 year degree.
Is it normal that I want to rebel against the schooling system?
