  • Exercise regularly, and avoid snacking and you'll feel fine. Replace any sodas/sugary drinks with water, bottled or Brita and allow yourself a treat once a week for sticking to it.

    Sidenote: The first workout you'll do, will suck. All the ones after though, will give you a nice energy burst and will help you maintain higher energy overall.
