Is it normal that i want to meet a woman that will let me tie her?

I am married to a very vanilla woman. I have become very interested in rope bondage, particularly Japanese style rope bondage. Every semi attractive woman that I see, which is well endowed in the breast department, gets me to thinking how much I would love to tie my wife's, or any other woman's breasts. Is it normal for me to want to meet a woman that will let me tie her breasts, since my wife has never gone for the idea of rope play before?

    I suggest you start by learning the proper way to tie someone up. There are some good books on the subject that will show you how to do it safely. They aren't the same knots I learned in boy scouts. :-) Perhaps she will be more agreeable when she sees pictures of how you are supposed to do it and that you can do it safely.
