That's possibly a bit of an overreaction. Exterminating someone because of their profession is just worrying. Instead of blaming other people for the problems you face, why not take action to resolve them for yourself? There are plenty of pop-up blockers out there.

And remember, the world wasn't created to revolve around you personally. Other people with different lives do exist, and have as much right to exist as you do.
