Unfortunately, this has become all-too-common, and it can happen to anyone, at any time, night or day (but I think that day-times are worse).
The 'switch', is most likely due to your brain being impacted by one or more low-energy protons (and other particles and energies) from, and because of, solar & other astrophysical events.
Unfortunately, the brain-damage is permanent and irreversible.
However, the head is actually quite a small target, so if you have been lucky, you might still be more-or-less normal, but most people are not.
Also, astrophysically sourced (caused) particles and energies, can trigger latent DNA gene sets to become active, that we had all inherited from our distant ancestors, who had survived similar events.
This can alter your behaviour markedly.
It is all part of a survival strategy, because of the upcoming geomagnetic reversal (weakening of the world's protective geomagnetic field), and quite probably one or more nearby supernova(e) and /or other relatively nearby astrophysical events.
Don't worry or panic though, this is only likely to continue for about 1,000 to 4,000 years, more-or-less.
Is it normal that I want to kill my parents?
