    Dr Hare noted they have issues but in a “controlled sense”

    So for instance they will steal something, but if someone is watching they will control the impulse and not do it.

      Hmmm... Sounds like me expecially as I often steal. I still don't believe that I am.

        Statistically you probably aren’t, many other types of people have all these issues too.
