    Yes it's normal. Everyone needs to hit someone occasionally. Sorry pacifists, but it's true. We're primates - hitting people is in our DNA.

      Even when i watch anime i want to hit them, sometimes i clutch my hand so hard it start to bleed

        I don't know what anime you watch, but in my experience, girls in anime are far worse then guys. Which is partly why I don't really like it that much.
