Thats a big problem in todays sosiety, we have jerks that get all the girls, and the guys like me who respect women are left behind, and i mean if i made a girl cry, i would ask someone to hit me as hard as they can.
sorry if that sounds rude, but your emphasis on respect and putting them first together with your "left behind" makes it sound like you'll be friendzoned.
It's nice to have the option, but if i want a talk, i'll call my friends.
So ya, total jerks is aweful, but total opposite is also not good. That's meant as advice. Think about a girl, most guys wouldn't want a TOTAL slut, and neither would most guys want a TOTAL prude. It's striking a balance that adds spice to a character.
If i feel even slightly that a guy will be clingy, desparate, try to be my best friend, etc...i'll quickly lose all interest.
Again: I'm not trying to come on to you in a bad way here, i dislike those extreme jerks all the same, but unfortunately there's a reason beyond pure stupidity as to WHY they get many girls. Sorry if i can't explain better.

i have a lot of spice, to say it that way, and i can be entertaining ro be with, i am like youre friend with no worries, but if you want to talk serius i can be that person to.
