That’s gender dysphoria. You don’t have to identify as transgender but gender dysphoria happens when the brain chemistry is identical to that of (in your case) a man while you have XX chromosomes and female hormones. Your mind is medically male, essentially, while your body is female due to your extra X chromosome. Gender and sex are different in this way. To sum it up, you don’t have to be “trans” if that’s not how you feel but what you are experiencing has a medical explanation and is normal.
