You can put it on your nips and it peels off painlessly when you're done. Put it on in light layers, dry with a hair dryer after each layer, spraying it very lightly with hairspray can help set it as well, keep applying light layers until you're satisfied with the look of it.
That way you're not risking damage to your skin and it's removable and you can change the look whenever you want.
