Is it normal that I want to die before I get old?

  • Quite honestly, but you really can't speak for everyone. I mean, all is a very broad word. By using the word all (correct me if I am wrong) that means that your saying they all want to live as in everyone.

For the most part you really can't know that for sure unless the person told you, but even then they could be lying. Then again if you could read minds and they all wanted to live then you could say they all want to live. But even then I'm sure there would be a person or two who didn't want to live. In fact if all wanted to live then there wouldn't be suicide, right?

    • Ok I'll allow that.
'Generally' they all want to live, at any age.
And don't start on generalizations, because how I see 'people' and the 'population', MOST definitely aren't committing suicide. MOST want to live.

By the way, this is the same reason why you were conceived. Out of ALL the sperm that could have been alive (millions and millions of them) in our world, YOU either luckily got there, OR you were the most determined to live, out of ALL of them.
That's just a point of interest.

      • Yeah, in general most people aren't. If mostly everyone was though, that would be interesting in a horrible way.

I could drag this on longer and question your whole statement on the comment you made about all the sperm that could have been alive, but I don't feel like it and this is getting boring.

        • Actually that last part has been controversial for me.
But I have still not got why exactly. In my view its like the truth hurts or something, I might be missing something in that, just not sure what it is.
