Hell, back when I was in school, most of my notes were doodles, or sketches of cars and other vehicles.
I agree with this. I mean, we can't diagnose you here, but it's definitely not normal to be seriously distressed over stuff like this. If you can let it go, do so. If you can't, you may want to see someone.
Anxiety to the point of tears from every day stress is never normal.

I completely agree as well! My handwriting is ass too but I’ve kinda grown to accept it.
