This is really silly, as Davesumba pointed out you are going to make things excrutiatingly complicated.
Not to mention when one of the four of you either starts making A lot more, or worse a lot less money. Taxes will be nightmare.
Then there marital property. What about when 1 of the 4 decides they are out of the relationship.
You really are not gaining a whole hell of a lot here.
Go get a civil union to get tax and property benefits.
