How exactly are you going to file taxes jointly with someone elses "spouse"? How are you going to figure out how to benefit from contributing to your "spouses" IRAs. How are you going to share employer benefits? How are you going to get marriage discounts? What happens if one of the spouses ruins the others credit score? How is combining income going to benefit you with loans? And what happens when one of you breaks up? What happens if you do better in finances and this couple wants to back stab you and take half of your money (or vice versa)? or if this whole shenanigan is brought to light in divorce court? How are you going to deal with beneficiaries? What happens if you are audited similar to the movie "I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry"? What happens when a disgruntled homophobe finds out and tells the police? The government doesn't look too kindly on people who illegally cheat the system. I've only listed a few of the many reasons why this is a terrible idea, and way more trouble than it is worth.
Is it normal that i want to cheat the government (read the details)?
