I have schizophrenia and I can tell you right now you really don’t want it. I’ve had it since I was about 14 (I am 17 now) and it’s awful. You know that eerie and unsettling feeling you get when you feel like someone is watching you? Imagine feeling like that all the time. No matter where you are. Plus to make it worse you hear voices and see things that make it all the more real, all while everyone around you Tells you you’re just crazy. It’s a horrible thing to go through and you’ll have to take meds for the rest of your life. Take it from me, it’s not what people romanticize it to be.
