Yes it is normal. People is general do not like being alone. You want to be connected to someone and that is very normal. The only concern is to what extent you act on this. The little alarm in my head is going off. DO NOT date someone who is rude to you, disrespectful, wants more than you are willing to give, or makes you feel bad. If you are just looking for someone to hook up with then go for it just be safe. Another question: are you okay being alone? As in, do you feel like you are not complete unless you are dating? If this is the case then I would suggest spending some time "alone" (not dating) to center yourself: understand who you are and what you want. This will make you a happier person and a better companion when you do find someone. Good luck!
