It would be cute, but costly. Have you seen the tiger man? He's gotten extensive tattooing and surgery done, even modified his lips and face to be more catlike. I think last I read about him he was gonna be getting a tail.
I don't know how advanced these kinds of procedures are or how realistic it could be, I'm sure they wouldn't actually be able to give you fur. And they definitely don't just sew them on, but hey.. stem cells. For all the amazing things they can obviously do medically I'm sure they're just as useful and versatile for cosmetics.
