It's called gender confusion. Not really abnormal, there are other people that have the same issue and have even switched genders later in life. Go online and research the stories of other people that have gone through the same thing, maybe you'll learn a little about yourself.
Personaly I've always wondered what it would be like to be a chick myself and have even gone as far as crossdressing in the privacy of my room. This is mostly just honest curiosity on my part and not full blown gender confusion...also I get a dirty rise out of it, but I'm a perv anyways.
You on the other hand seem to actualy want to be a girl, or perhaps you are just really into women's fashion or are just gay. Do some soul searching and learn all you can about it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the way you are.
