Since you're definitely old enough to be on this site, if she is also an adult, then there's really nothing wrong with consensual incest. I would take precautions to make sure no offspring becomes the fruit of this union, but even so, there is a very low chance (on par with the general population) from 1st generation incest children, so it really wouldn't be the end of the world if you did have a child, though it could prove awkward at family gatherings.
The point is, if you're both old enough to consent, there's no real reason except "moral" ones, and morality is a subjective human construct, so it's not a necessity to adhere to it, unless it's also your own belief system.
