      You haven't provided any information that would suggest it would be illegal. Depending on the ages and location involved, it could be perfectly legal. And if it is illegal, based on age and location, it would be you sugguesting you break the law as you asked "should I act on it". So why should you pretend to be shocked when someone says "yes"?
