Have you tried taking the initiative in semi-public settings(e.g. the cinema(Hint: not at a movie he was really looking forward to))?
Well when we first met and went on a date to the movies we were more interested in each other then watching the movie haha we would make out and touch each other but we seem to never go to the movies anymore
