Once my little sister and I were walking when we heard, "Hey hey". We looked and there was this man who was masturbating naked in an old building. I see; I can understand why that would freak someone out. But I am talking about a girl who is over the age of consent encountering a guy wanking who is oblivious to the fact that she can see him. I am not talking about getting their attention by shouting at them them deliberately wanking at them. The idea is that it is supposed to appear like an accident; no need to apologise or react in an 'oops, didn't see you there' fashion. The girl stumbles upon the guy going at it, and the guy appears oblivious and carries on pretending not to notice her (of course it couldn't be obvious to her that he is pretending not to notice hence it being an accident). If she continues on her way or ignores him then so be it. But if she stays and watches under the impression that she thinks he doesn't know he's being watched... That's what turns me on.
