Go on a full fatty but healthy diet so eat plenty of like full-fat cheese milk yoghurt... Ice cream.. butter, get the full fat stuff, avoid the "50% less fat" bullshit.
Add plenty of sauces and toppers to every meal. Put full fat creme in your coffee instead of milk.
Drink lods of fresh fruit juice, it's healthy and it's loaded with natural sugers. Avoid soda because it's full of empty calories and shit, a little bit soda to wash down a big meal is ok. "Diet" soda and "zero suger" soda is liquid cancer.. so don't drink it.
Other than all that... Eat up and enjoy. :)
