Is it normal that i want a long desk?

I'd like a large study room, preferably with skylights and a few large windows. Most of all, I'd like a long desk so that I can see all my prototypes and ideas while I keep working.

    sounds awesome to me..

    what i want is giant classy wooden semi-circular desk with a corner for my laptop, a corner for my art book with adjustable angle and a sexy ashtray .. with a great view..
