No it's not normal. I'm sick of all these irresponsible women popping out babies left and right when none of them are stable financially or even homewise. It's discusting that too many are breeding more morons because they are too lazy to get on birth control and think it's up to the guy to use a condom. Be responsible and wait until you are engaged or married to have a child. Don't be stupid like most teenagers out there.
