  • Yeah i get the point the other comments are making and of course I know things could be a lot worse...
But they could be a lot better.
Im in all over diffuse muscoskeletal pain, mostly affecting my back.and have bad arthritis in all my joints.
Not a lot of changes i make can help the physical pain.
Anyways its just hard to wanna live when you don't feel good enough to have a life.
Guess i kinda set myself up with this question...

    • Hey
I just want to say, I don't know whether things have improved since you posted but, people who tell you that life is harder elsewhere should just actually keep there opinions to themselves because look, I'm very privileged, but there is a difference between emotions and everything else including poverty and war etc. I know that people experience pain x1000 more painful than I do but the only reason people feel bad for others experiencing poverty is because they can see it. They can see poor people without food and in poor, unsafe, unhygienic areas. They can't see depression. They can't see the sadness of a privileged girl Because they think that where I live should be enough to make me happy but what they don't inderstand is that our emotions don't work that way. Don't let people tell you that your problems are too small. They don't feel what you feel. And don't get me wrong, seeing starving children breaks my heart but give them food and they smile. What do you give a depressed person to make them smile? You can't just buy happiness and give it to an unhappy person.

    • Have you tried diet-oriented approaches to your pains, like cutting out grains and seed oils? And have you tried medicinal marijuana?

I hope things will get better for you.
