I raised my newborn cousin and her 2 year old brother, I was 16 at the time and I did OK their mom came by and drop them off for me to watch and she just never came back, so I took care of them. I went to school everyday. My dad paid for the day care, so I dropped them off at daycare every morning before school, and then I picked them after school. Now She is four and he is six and Their dad has had them for a year and we still haven't heard from their mom.
Is it normal that I wanna become a foster parent?
