Is it normal that i've stayed a virgin so long, for no good reason?

I am a 23 y/o bisexual male. I never had sex in high school because I wasn't out in high school (I don't scream gay/bi, so I went under the radar), and I wasn't really intrigued about dating anyone. Even though I have gained a lot of confidence since then and am out for the most part, I just never feel "right" about it, either in a relationship or just casually. Now I feel like I have missed my chance, because just about everyone my age has at least moderate sexual experience. I don't know what to think. And no, I am not some ugly loser that can't get any despite his best effort--I have had opporunities. Feel free to ask for further details.

    What makes you think you HAVE to date and have SEX? You really do not have to. That is your choice. However if you are going to do it responsibly.

    You shouldn`t be in a rush to give your virginity away.
    Most of your friends may have had their experiences by now, but you`re only 23.

    There shouldn`t be a stigma attached to *still* being a virgin after a certain age.
    I`m 19, and gay, and I`m still a virgin too.

    I`m not `saving it for the right person` persay, but I don`t want to just give it away either. I think it`s sweet you still are.

    It`s 100% normal. ^^
