My guess for mood swings is always teenage hormones. But that guess isn't going to help you out much. So my advice is to focus on the physical: you doing anything different?
In particular, your breathing. Relax your stomach and don't get into the habit of tightening it. This improves your posture and kills the physical source of anxiety.
