  • You're going through a depressive episode, which is normal for everyone. Do you have a trusted friend you can be serious with, and vent this out to?

If not, express your emotions through healthy means such as singing, playing an instrument, drawing, writing, and so on. Do enjoyable things with family that you hold dear to you more often, such as playing board games, so you know they're right there and not going anywhere.

This way the depressive episode will pass, and not become a regular occurrence.

    • Just to be certain, I don't need to be considered "depressed" to have one of these episodes, do I? Because I'm certain I'm not depressed, I've only suddenly been having crippling anxiety attacks and crying sessions.

      I'm just curious.

      • Nah. Depression starts like this as well, but goes on much longer and becomes more severe as it consume all that you are.

I'm just giving you advice on how to relieve the stress and the sadness you're feeling so it doesn't worsen with time.
