Most certainly not. There could be a variety of reasons, although none are pleasant. It could be that you are depressed? Or underslept? And maybe possibly even your diet could be healthier?
I know the first two are believed to have an effect on brain function, and from first hand experience I'm much smarter when I'm in a good mood and all of the above. Aim to challenge yourself more little by little to what you were able to do before, and then challenge yourself some more. The mind and body can heal in amazing ways.
