Everyone is saying that you're an addict, but being an experienced user of different substances myself, I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you use it quite infrequently or have your usage kept under your thumb. That being said, I think working out on meth is a horrible combo because of the possible cardiovascular complications. Especially for 4-5 hours. Do you do this purely for fun or do you have a problem doing anything requiring motivation?
I still work out other days w/o using it. usually lap swimming or bike riding. also, the green tea, dandelion tea and wheatgrass shots are very helpful to prevent toxins from accumulating. the meth has just helped me achieve good results quick when I use the slow rep method and dandelion tea. and plenty of stretching.
Is it normal that I use meth as a tool to kick ass at the gym?
