Is it normal that i use baby wipes instead of toilet paper?

I fully understand why you do it, but using normal baby wipes as toilet tissue isn't a great idea.

They're made out of a non-biodegradable, unwoven plastic cloth, and they can cause blockages in sewage pipes. It's also something else that sewage treatment plants have to strain out and dispose of.

I don't know what's available where you live, but in Britain and some other European countries, you can get moist toilet paper. This is biodegradable and tough enough for butt-wiping, but not so robust that it's likely to cause plumbing blockages.

I use tp for 95 percent of poop. Then wipes for the final 5 percent

I don't know whether it's normal or not, but I don't think it's necessarily a bad substitute if used sparingly.
