I think you should try to consider how she would feel if she found out that you are doing this. It is a bit like stalking, it isn't honest. I can completely understand that you want to get closer to her and get to know her better but you shouldn't do it like this. If she is not interested in any more than what you have already then walk away, anything else is actually disrespectful. Ask her to the movies, if she says no, or makes an excuse then you have your answer and you must accept it. There will be other girls and other women, I promise.
I would say that you are a respectful person naturally, mainly because you asked this question and are thinking about what you are doing. Someone who didn't care probably wouldn't ask.
