It is tough . I recently started college after working a couple years in the oil field . It sure is different , I would say don't focus on the people in your class . Try doing some after school activities or clubs , it might help you meet some new people . And don't be to depressed , it's a new experience and it is bound to be difficult for a bit . Hopefully it gets better
