Feel free to disagree but I think Twinkies are overrated it's just a sugary cake with a sugary filling in the middle there's nothing super special about it and neither is the taste and personally there are way better snack cakes that are better than Twinkies.
I don't get the hype about Twinkies and personally am not a fan of them.
They are overrated, like most processed snack foods that come in plastic.
if youre gonna eat that kinda garbage the crumb covered coffee cakes are the superior option
Old ones were good. Unfortunately they didnt last that long (no they dont last forever) that's why old twinkies were harder to sell.
New twinkies have more preservatives and can be sold for longer stretches of time. That's why they taste like shit now.
Not even with all boomers, I'm one and I sure don't care for twinkies. I'm eating a healthier diet these days now so I'm avoiding processed crap like that anyway. If you are going to cheat a little or eat something not-so-healthy, have a piece of freshly baked cake or pie from a bakery and not that processed boxed crap like twinkies or ding-dongs. Anyways, I'll eat only one piece/serving of cake, pie, ice cream, etc. per day and fill the rest in with fruits, veggies, etc. That way I stay healthy without completely missing out on tasty desserts
