People have opinions. I actually think the little pouches girls have when they wear them is sexy. Everybody has a bit of a stomach. It's just natural.
As a woman, I also wear tight dresses from time to time. I have an hour glass figure and like to show it off with body-con sundresses especially. At least with the women in my social sphere, we don't particularly care about whether men think its sexy. We think its sexy and that gives us confidence throughout the day. Whether others care or not is irrelevant.
This isn't to be rude at all. You're entitled to your own opinions. I'm just explaining why people might like them or enjoy wearing them.
