It sounds like you are having paranoid delusions. This is a big symptom of psychosis, specifically paranoid schizophrenia. I would speak to someone about it, because these kind of things can escalate.
Paranoid delusions aren't exclusively a symptom of paranoid schizophrenia, however. There are other disorders, illnesses and medication that can cause these kind of delusions. For example, when my father was dying of lung cancer, he began to experience some severe paranoid delusions. Apparently this was linked to having developed an infection in addition to the cancer.
A delusion as persistent as this (over a year) is strange, and I recommend you speak to a professional about it :)
Ok
but it's not all mirrors
just the ones of houses i visit frequently or my own house
by the way i'm only 15 so this is a little frightening
i don't really want to talk to anyone about it because it's quite embarrassing and i don't think they'll understand.
It makes no difference that it's not all mirrors. It's still a delusion.
Of course it's frightening. You being 15 makes no difference to how frightening it is.
If you don't want to talk to anyone except random people like us online about it then so be it. But if this is genuine, persistent paranoia, it's probably a sign that something isn't quite right in your head.
Is it normal that i think there is people in my mirror?

Does any of that ring a bell?
