The gene itself is the driver behind it's survival and development, not humans. A lot of people who think they are smart end up not having kids and their genes are removed from the gene pool, this means that nature (the gene) has determined that such a person's genes will not continue. In fact the more intelligent people think they are the fewer kids they have. It's not human logic that drives the development of the gene pool. I am guessing that the poster does not have kids, and since he is waiting and he probably end up not having kids, and if this happens, this poster's genes will be deleted from the gene pool. The poster needs to focus on why his own genes might be in danger of being deleted - why nature (the gene) might be motivated to remove him from the gene pool and less on what he thinks should be done with other people's genes.
Is it normal that I think that stupid people should be sterilised?
