I agree with what you say, but just observation is not enough for a true science. Experimentation is necessary to truly know the causes of things. I never said psychology isn't real. Of course it is. It is just not "practical" as a product, that's my whole point.
Not knowing how to use something does not mean it is not practical. they teach you these steps in science. You should remember them. I linked it since I was not sure if I could explain it so well. The link breaks down the steps.
