Is it normal that I think "Team minded people" are weak?

  • No no no that is not called "Team minded" that is called "Codependent". Being able to work in a team does not mean you are unable to work alone. Just means you work well in a team. Some people who are more "independent" will have issues working with others.

That also has to do with what people you put together. Some people I believe are just not compatible with each others. As well as that to be a good leader you have to be a good follower but not all followers are actually leader material.

We have the "extrovert" and the "introvert". The "introvert" is going to want to be left alone and work alone and often when put in a group ends up getting frustrated or taking over. The "Extrovert" enjoys working in a group and socializing with people.

They probably are more willing to be in a group project and work with others. However simply being an "Extrovert" does not mean you are going to lose your mind if someone is not holding your hand and telling you what to do every second of the day.

If you need someone to tell you what to do and when to do it and do nothing but look for everyone else approval and affections all the time at any cost you are "codependent". Being "codependent" is not healthy.
