I half agree. Members that leach off of the team and take credit when the team succeeds, whether it be sports, work, or anything else, are weak. But the people that truly are responsible for the success of the team are strong people still, sometimes even stronger than the individual workers!
I know I would MUCH rather be solely responsible for results, whether at work, or in sports, or anything else, than have to rely on others who might fail and drag me down! I feel that the team strong points and the people that drag the weak to success with them are the strongest of all.
Is it normal that I think "Team minded people" are weak?
