That's really giving up quite a freedom we are lucky to have. I'd be interested to know who would be making this final decision about who gets to have the kids when looking at the collective data? There could be parents with a lower IQ and a lower income but love kids to death. There could be brilliant parents who make tons of money but leave the kids to a nanny. How do you define what a good parent is on paper?
We have soldiers who fight and die for us every day so we can enjoy our freedoms and that suggestion to me is a slap in their face.
