So what happens if someone just so happens to have triplets or more? Is the government going to kill the child? Take the extra child/children away? I agree with the money thing and maturity thing but I don't agree with the limit on children. How many children one has should be a personal decision. As well as birth control. Some people can't take birth control due to blood disorders.
