Don't think that men don't reap the "reward" of being around a woman in the throes of PMS, you simply need to be spotted (haha, see what I did there?) to become a target.
One option is a form of birth control that essentially eliminates the whole egg shedding procedure. My current paramour has an extremely light period perhaps once a year. I don't know what the name of the birth control she uses happens to be, but I don't believe it's anything all that special. If there's interest I will inquire of her what it is.
I'd totally take those BUT I don't trust those extreme methods. I try to eat healthy and exercise.... I don't know what those hormones could do to my health.

It hasn't seemed to cause her any ill effects. In fact, if anything she has the sex drive of college frat boy, I am truly a blessed being.
